You just have to let instinct take you... and craving take care of the rest. That's how I arrived at Soycevichee, on Av. Terranova, with no other expectation than to satisfy my hunger for something fresh. But what I found was something much deeper: a reminder that the sea can also speak to the soul. I ordered the fish and shrimp ceviche. A seemingly simple dish... until you try it. Each bite is a conversation between the raw and the vibrant, between the citrus and the sweet, between the softness of the fish and the juicy texture of the shrimp. And in the middle of all that, the crunch of the cucumber, the top note of the tomato, the soft echo of the red onion and the perfect caress of the avocado. It's not just ceviche.
